THE ORLANDO WATCH COMPANY FAMILY

Meet our team

Scott Heisler, Owner & Head Watchmaker

Scott Heisler is graduate of the Bulova School of Watchmaking and has been a watchmaker for over 37 years. He is a Rolex, Omega & Breitling trained watchmaker. Scott also has numerous training certificates in the watchmaking industry on numerous watch calibers, including the Omega Co-Axial Escapement. He has held multiple positions with the Florida State Watchmakers and Clockmakers Association, including President and Watch Instructor. Scott has also been a watch instructor for the Winter Park Technical Institute in Winter Park, Florida.

Scott started his career in upstate New York working for a chain of jewelry stores, then quickly recruited by a Central Florida Rolex Dealership in the early 1980’s. From that point he started his own watch repair center, originally located in downtown Orlando, repairing Rolex watches & complicated high-end for collectors, watch dealers and customers. Scott went into retail in 1995, starting Orlando Watch Company. Because watchmaking has always been in Scott’s family, he has brought his own family into business.

Carissa Dixon (Heisler)

Scott’s daughter, Carissa joined his side from an early age working on watches & polishing cases. She is 3rd generation and shares the same passion for watches & horology as her father.  Carissa originally was going to become a watchmaker along with her husband (a watchmaker for Audemars Piguet), but perused a career path of marketing & graphic design. She eventually joined her father’s side, becoming an expert in timepieces & watch repair and helped to develop the expansion of Orlando Watch Company.  Carissa has also had past experience working directly for several brands like BALL Watch, MeisterSinger and Muhle Glashutte as their marketing & creative director.

Nicholas Coursey

Scott’s son-in-law, Nick is our newest family member to join the family business.  He is a Navy Veteran who has proudly served our country. Nick brings his passion for watches and takes great pride in working at Orlando Watch Company.

Fred Delarosa

Fred has recently joined the Orlando Watch Company family, coming from a background in the jewelry & watch industry.

Travis Ennis

Travis joined the family business as a watch technician and has learn the trade directly from his uncle, Scott.

Scott Gray

Scott (CW21 trained), or as we call him ‘young scott’ is a second generation watchmaker. He comes to us with a strong passion for horology and the restoration of timepieces.
