THE TARA OCEAN FOUNDATION: The Tara Foundation has a twofold mission: to explore the Ocean to ensure better understanding, and to share scientific knowledge about the Ocean to raise public awareness. Regularly facing dangerous conditions, the members of Tara’s crew keep pushing the limits of the extreme. To do so, these experienced sailors and scientists have to be able to rely on instruments which remain precise and reliable in all circumstances.
